Steve & Ede Blabac

Steve Blabac has been a lifelong resident of the Southern Region, and a near lifelong member of St. Catherine of Siena Church in Hillcrest, NY.  He is a graduate of Broome Community College in Binghamton, and Clarkson University where he majored in Civil Engineering.  He is a Professional Engineer and worked for New York State Electric and Gas Corporation for 32 years, retiring in 2003.  He is now self employed as an energy engineer and consultant.  Steve and Ede (Edith) have been married for 32 years and have four children, Sarah, Ede, Stephen III and Kristen.  Steve has taught religious education, is an Eucharistic minister and Lector, has served on the Broome County Catholic School Board, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #11403 at St. Catherine.

He has been a member of the Binghamton-Johnson City Nocturnal Adoration Society for over 25 years, and is a professed Secular Franciscan of St. Francis Fraternity in Binghamton since 1982.
